  • Tracy Eldridge, ENP

    After 25+ years in Public Safety, Tracy has recently launched her own public safety training & consulting company & podcast, On Scene First. On Scene First training has a primary focus on personality, behavior, and leadership, training, skills, and assessments. As a certified DISC human behavior model consultant, she helps agencies better understand their team to strengthen relationships and empower people-driven leaders.

    From dispatcher to chief dispatcher and still serving her community a call firefighter / EMT.

    In addition to her training through her own company, she is also a part-time instructor for The Public Safety Group.

    She was blessed to have spent four years at RapidSOS, where she helped successfully build the free tools that PSAPS across the nation are utilizing to receive device-based locations for their 9-1-1 calls.

    Tracy has also been recognized nationally for her efforts to bring awareness to PTSD and public safety. and in 2020 was proudly named the NG911 Institute “Industry Professional of the Year.”

  • Tony Harrison, ENP

    The Public Safety Group founder is Tony Harrison. Tony has spent more than twenty-five years in communications, working in small centers to major metropolitan communications centers. He is a Certified Emergency Number Professional, has a BA in Criminal Justice and a MA in Political Science and Urban Affairs.

    He was also a Communications Supervisor for 6 years. Tony was the on-duty shift supervisor during the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City in April 1995 when 168 people were killed during the largest domestic terrorist event in US history.

    Tony served as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Canadian County Sheriff's Office in Oklahoma for more than 20 years and retired at the rank of Captain.

    Tony has been active in both APCO and NENA serving as a state chapter president and numerous committees at a national level including the Professional Development Committee, Project 35, project 37, Homeland Security Task Force, policies, procedures & training committee and currently serve on the Commercial Advisor Council.

    In 2012 he was awarded life membership in APCO international.

  • Michael Boucher, COML

    Michael has spent the last 29 years in public safety . After 20 years in the communication center, he retired and started Falcon Public Safety Solutions. Falcon Public Safety Solutions is an innovative consulting company that provides public safety agencies with solutions, support, and training for Communications & Emergency Preparedness

    His 9-1-1 career began as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher for a regional center in Connecticut that serviced 19 communities. Also, served as a Flight Communicator for an Air-Medical Program and a Dispatcher & Communications Training Officer for a medium-sized agency. During this time he created a Regional Dispatch Team that would bring the skills and assets of dispatchers into the field providing support to incident command. Michael became the Regional Communications Coordinator (RESF-2), as well as an All Hazards Communications Unit Leader (COML), and would oversee the deployment of Regional and State communications vehicles, and coordinate the use of interoperability frequencies throughout the County.

    Since 1992 Michael has proudly served his community on the fire department, first as a Firefighter / EMT, then serves as Fire Chief until 2011, and was then re-appointed to the position of Chief in 2020.
